Medical Consultation
Dr Lim will complete a review of your medical history and complete a physical examination to determine the best evidence based treatment and rehabilitation plan using a goal based approach.
Botulinum Toxin Injections
Dr Lim administers Botox injections for spasticity, dystonia, persistent torticollis, bruxism, axillary hyperhydrosis and refractory migraines.
There are ongoing plans to offer Botulinum Toxin injections privately under sedation or general anaesthetic.
A consultation will first be required to decide if this is a suitable treatment option for you child.
Disability Care Coordination & NDIS support
Dr Lim will communicate with your local therapy team and can organise and participate in multidisciplinary case conferences to provide the best care for your child. She will also be able to provide NDIS support letters to support your application.
